We aim to deliver your RustiClay products safely and on time through our trusted delivery partners.

 

  • We give the estimated time of delivery on the product and checkout pages. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partners.

  • The delivery time may vary based on your location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by courier companies or postal authorities but will help you track your package through our partner courier services.

  • Your purchases may reach you from different locations and in more than one package. But rest assured, you will be charged only one delivery fee for the entire order.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will email or WhatsApp you the tracking details.

  • In some pin codes, COD service may not be available due to courier partner restrictions. For any queries, please contact our customer helpline on WhatsApp or email us at contact@rusticlay.in.

  • If you have any special delivery requests or time-bound requirements, please mention them in the order comments or email us. We’ll try our best to fulfill your request, but we cannot guarantee the same.

  • Orders placed within India are shipped using trusted and reliable courier partners such as ShadowFax, Delhivery, XpressBees and Amazon Shipping.

  • We are bound by their service coverage in case your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to you to find an alternative delivery solution.

  • For any cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • No refunds will be processed for orders cancelled at the doorstep or for parcels with 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
