Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Orders can only be shipped to a single address specified at the time of payment. If you wish to have products delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Processing and Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping within India for all prepaid orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. During peak times such as festivals or sales, processing times may be extended.
  • Order Processing Days: Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Address and Serviceability

  • If our delivery partners are unable to service your location or if the area is not covered, please provide an alternate shipping address that is within our delivery partners’ serviceable areas. RustiClay will not be responsible for non-delivery if the area is not covered by our delivery partners.
  • We attempt to ship all items in a single order together, but due to product characteristics or availability, this may not always be possible.

Invoices and Tracking

  • Each order is shipped with an invoice from RustiClay. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact our customer support at contact@rusticlay.in.
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent after dispatch. This will provide you with the estimated delivery time and the current status of your shipment.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact our customer support immediately at contact@rusticlay.in. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
