Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • You notify us within 3 days of delivery with proper photo or video proof

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or minor imperfections that are a natural part of handcrafted products.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  2. Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue

  3. Our team will verify and respond within 48 hours

  4. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be made only to the original payment source

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

Shipping Charges

  • If a replacement is approved, RustiClay will bear the shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer error, shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
